1. Franchise form
Shenzhen Baodun Door Industry Technology Co., Ltd. grants franchisees exclusive distribution of Baodun fireproof doors, rolling shutters, windows and other products in designated areas. Franchisees invest in setting up franchise stores, which implement independent accounting and are responsible for their own profits and losses. The stores should be designed and decorated according to the company's unified image, and operate under the guidance and supervision of the marketing center of Baodun Door Industry Technology Co., Ltd. Franchise stores do not implement hierarchical agency, and adopt a unified flat management approach.

2. Franchise Store Classification
A-class franchise stores: municipalities directly under the central government and provincial capital cities.
B-class franchise stores: prefecture level cities
C-class franchise stores: county-level cities.

3. Franchise conditions
1) Requirements for franchisees: ① Agree with the Baodun brand culture and business philosophy, and have brand management awareness; ② Have experience in operating and managing specialty stores; ③ Having a good business reputation and ethical standards; ④ Having a good accumulation of funds; ⑤ Having business premises, office conditions, and personnel that meet the company's requirements;
2) Branch requirements: Franchise stores should choose independent storefronts in professional markets or good market outlets, and must implement the Hongde wooden door product brand monopoly. A-class cities: Franchisees are required to have at least 2 self operated branches within one year, with each branch having a business area of no less than 80 square meters. B-class cities: Franchisees are required to have at least one self operated branch with an area of no less than 60 square meters. C-class cities: Franchisees are required to have at least one self operated branch with an area of no less than 40 square meters.

4. Franchise deposit
Franchise deposit refers to the deposit required by franchisees to comply with the relevant regulations of Shenzhen Baodun Door Industry Technology Co., Ltd., maintain the company's brand image, and be used as a deposit for future orders by distributors. When the distribution contract is terminated, if both parties meet the agreed requirements, the deposit can be fully refunded within 3 months after the termination of the contract.
Franchise deposit standard: Class A market: 500000 yuan Class B market: 300000 yuan Class C market: 150000 yuan.

5. Franchise Program
1) Provide franchise consultation;
2) The applicant has a detailed understanding of the relevant business operation methods and applies for franchise;
3) The company conducts a comprehensive evaluation and provides a response based on the applicant's location and business capabilities. If the applicant meets the franchise requirements, the company invites them to visit, inspect, and discuss franchise matters;
4) After passing the qualification review, both parties will engage in in-depth negotiations to determine the details of the cooperation. Franchisees will pay the franchise deposit and officially sign the distribution franchise agreement.
5) The company sends a specialist to the franchise store for decoration guidance;
6) The company provides systematic professional training to franchisees to ensure the smooth operation of franchise stores.
7) The company will provide professional pre opening promotion plans and suggestions for sales promotion activities during the opening period based on the specific situation of franchisees, and assist franchisees in executing them.
